On behalf of CirKor Trading Center, I am writing to formally notify those responsible for recent malicious defamation and attacks on our brand through various online platforms.
Investigations have revealed that certain individuals or groups have deliberately published false information about CirKor with the intent to tarnish our reputation and mislead the public. These actions constitute defamation and unfair competition, violating the U.S. Defamation Laws and the Washington State Cyber Defamation Laws, causing significant financial and reputational damage to CirKor.
We have collected and preserved all relevant evidence, including screenshots, videos, and other materials, which will serve as evidence in any future legal proceedings.
Given the gravity of the situation, we demand that the responsible parties immediately take the following corrective actions:
1. Remove all defamatory and false information about CirKor from all online platforms and other channels.
2. Publicly issue a statement of apology, acknowledging the dissemination of false claims and clarifying the facts.
3. Compensate CirKor Trading Center for the financial losses caused by the malicious actions, including but not limited to loss of profits, brand damage, and legal fees.
The responsible parties must comply with these demands within 5 days of receiving this notice. Failure to do so will result in further legal action, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit, seeking an injunction, and pursuing damages.
Please note that this letter is intended solely for the use of the recipients and may not be disclosed to any third parties without prior permission. Any breach of this confidentiality will result in further legal action.
