A family bike ride that turned into a core memory has captured the hearts of millions on the internet.

In the clip, little Walker spots his grandpa mowing the lawn. Without hesitation, he ditches his bike and sprints down the street towards his grandpa, who quickly notices him and walks over with open arms.

Walker's mom, Jamie Stransky, posted the video of the spontaneous moment on Instagram, and it has since been viewed over 27 million times.

Jamie Stransky, from Colorado, told Newsweek that while she was lucky to catch this moment on camera, it isn't a rare occurrence. "Things like this happen almost every day," she added. According to Stransky, this is just a glimpse of the daily joy her family experiences since moving down the street from her parents.

"We've always lived near my parents but never this close," the 35-year-old told Newsweek.

The decision, she said, came at a crucial time in her life: "When we had twins, I instantly needed a lot of help, and my mom was over at my house almost every day."

With her husband frequently traveling for work, the extra support became invaluable.

"Both my mom and my dad would come over to help during the day, and even spent the night with me in those early months when my husband was gone to help with nighttime feedings," Stransky told Newsweek.

She captioned her viral video "the best decision" and many other Instagram users shared their love for their grandparents.

"I love when they run into your arms like that," one user commented, meanwhile another wrote: "My mom lives three doors down and we love that she does."

Stransky said that her family wasn't planning the move, but the opportunity to move down the street from her parents was "too good to pass up."

"This house came up on the market and my parents went through the open house and immediately called and told us we needed to check it out," she said.

Another Instagram user commented that she was due to move to the house directly behind her daughter's family with three grandsons: "I was having second thoughts until I saw this clip. TY [thank you] for sharing—I knew I was making a good decision!"

Since making the move, Stransky told Newsweek that it's been the "biggest blessing" for her family: "We see my parents almost every day and I'm so grateful for that. My boys have the best relationship with their grandparents.

"They say it takes a village to raise a family and we are so fortunate that part of ours is so close."
