Have you ever wondered what it might be like to wear a piece from Kate Moss’s wardrobe? The supermodel’s suit is set to become a centrepiece at The Telegraph x Smart Works Fashion Sale – and it’s just one of the headline shopping opportunities at this year’s event.

Yes, our big annual fashion bonanza is back for another year, taking over Somerset House from Saturday 23 - Sunday 24 November for a pre-Christmas shopping festival – and all to raise money for Smart Works, the British charity that helps women get back into the workplace via one-to-one personal dressing and interview coaching sessions.

The always-popular pre-loved section of the sale will also return for another year, allowing you to buy designer pieces directly from the wardrobes of The Telegraph’s fashion editors, as well as other key fashion influencers – including a certain Kate Moss, who has donated an autumn-perfect Anine Bing suit.

Best of all is that 100 per cent of proceeds from across the weekend are donated to Smart Works, the charity that has supported more than 8,200 women from all over the UK in the last year alone.

“The challenges women face in entering or reentering the workplace are numerous and complex,” says Tiffanie Darke, Interim CEO at Smart Works.

“We’re thrilled to be back at The Telegraph x Smart Works Fashion Sale – by shopping with us, you’ll know that your support will make a meaningful impact on women who need us most.”

The charity’s track record for helping women find employment is exceptional. More than 60 percent of women who are referred to one of the 10 centres around the UK will get a new job within a month of their visit. From vulnerable women returning to work after illness, to those who have been carers, the clients served by the charity have often been knocked off the career ladder by circumstances outside of their control, for months or for years.

“What we do at Smart Works is essential to empower women with the confidence and practical tools they need to secure employment, and change their lives,” says Darke.

“After visiting Smart Works, 95% of respondents feel more confident having received an interview outfit, 91% feel clearer about their own skills and experiences, and 95% feel confident to succeed in their next interview.”
